As the title says, I want something funny. My requirements are complete, finished, no yaoi, yuri, hentai, ecchi, etc., and funny. I've already read/am reading Angel Densetsu and Kyou kara Ore wa!!, and I want something even less serious than those. I'm leaning towards gag manga. I'd like it if the art wasn't neglected, but plot can go all to pieces. I read My Name is Zushio and something plain weird with barely any plot like that is fine. In fact, I don't want too much of a plot. I don't need a smart manga now, just funny. Other than that, anything goes.

Gokusen Really great series. The art style might need some getting used to though.
Seigi no Mikata one of my favourites. It's a slapstick-style josei. Never fails to make me laugh.
Gekkan Shoujo Nozaki-kun I noticed this was on your wishlist. You should start reading it. It's one of the best 4-koma I've seen.

God of Bath which is by the author of Annarasumanara. I don't even know how to describe this series... It's just... lol.
Oh, and I just read a bit of Welcome to Room #305!. Which is great. Not sure if it's what you're looking for though. It takes on a real, serious topic (and handles it very well) but it's first and foremost a slice-of-life comedy. And indeed, it is funny.
Ore Monogatari!! Not much of it is scanlated yet, but it's really great so far.

Fujimura-kun Meitsu has been very recently(yesterday!) completely scanslated, so now's a good time for you to check it out. Also, I second School Rumble.

One good tip when reading gag manga is to read it at a leisurely pace, that is don't finish it one go; otherwise the gags may get old really fast.
