Best way to explain is that I like shoujo, shounen, sci-fi/fantasy. I don't like ecchi much, nor harem series (directed towards male audiences), but would like bishonen if possible (kinda like in Fushigi Yuugi though it would've been better with more female characters).

You could try Fushigi Yuugi: Genbu Kaiden since you liked the first series plus there is a female warrior in this series.
Men's Kou is licensed and it has plenty of bishounen in it.
