i'm not looking for a psychological, just a manga that has a psychological aspect and explores character inner turmoil, has good mono and dialogues . i don't mind any genre or category as long as it's not done just for shock value. I just really want a manga that just either leaves you speechless and/or satisfied. I love tragicomedy if anyone knows any good one too.
some of the stuff I remember from the top of my head really good was:
Museum
Bastard (HWANG Youngchan)
Golden Kamuy this one wasn't heavy on the psychological aspect but the realistic portrayal of ptsd really struck me and it didn't hurt that it was one of the funniest things I've ever read. Please you guys, read this. Every character is very human with their own beliefs and reasons to do the (sometimes awful) things that they do. There's no black or white. I can't express how much i love this series oh and especially since the author draws male nipples too.
Vinland Saga
Haru no Noroi this one really nails what i'm looking for, sooo goood
Vagabond and on that note Real as well, I love Inoue Takehiko
Ohana Holoholo honestly I just adore Torino Shino's works
Song of the Long March
Tomoi
The Promised Neverland pacing is perfect. i'm in love with the development in both plot and characters

things i don't want:
Rabbit Doubt i heard so many good things about this and was left so disappointed, the characters have no substance and the plot only made sense out of convenient bullshit excuses.
Ichi this wasn't bad per se, just really not to my taste
Anything by Matsumoto Jiro, Hino Hideshi, or Sakamoto Shinichi
Tokyo Ghoul it's a nice shounen if you're looking for that but the insanity part was really badly done and i don't like it
Berserk
Pupa

thanks guys biggrin

Transparent Cohabitation-There's no comedy in this but it makes for a nice tragic romance manwha.
Three Days of Happiness-Underrated really short tragic romance, subtle comedy-more slice of life
Dungeon Seeker-The novel, the manga does not do the MC justice, it's really really dark.
Happy Sugar Life-It is a bit wtf is going on my kinda solid in a dark humor/fetish kind of way.
Kami-sama no Iutoori/Real Account-Both have a similar premise, which is a Death/Survival game
Anything by Asano Inio
Onani Master Kurosawa-Art is interesting
Spoiler (mouse over to view)
there is a... happy ending lol

thanks for replying eyes
I've actually read three days of happiness and onani master before, they probably were good but i guess i didn't like their vibe much.
I'll start reading on the others (they all seem interesting). Thanks !!!
EDIT: I started reading and hated Real Account but Transparent Cohabitation was amazing, thank you!

Have you read any of Urasawa Naoki's stuff (Monster, Pluto, 20th Century Boys, etc.)? Since they mostly all seem to fit.

Other recs...
Bokurano
Cesare maybe
Hoshi no Samidare maybe
Kasane (MATSUURA Daruma)
Mob Psycho 100
Parasyte
Satougashi no Dangan wa Uchinukenai
Ubume no Natsu maybe

Either Higurashi no Naku Koro ni (Higurashi no Naku Koro ni - Onikakushi Hen and its sequels) or Umineko no Naku Koro ni (Umineko no Naku Koro ni Episode 1 - Legend of the Golden Witch and its sequels) might be worth a read too. Higurashi is a bit shock factor-y in its question arcs, but its answer arcs are where it really shines with its character interactions and dialogues.

Doesn't mess with your head, but it certainly delves into the psych of the protagonist. Sangatsu no Lion Doesn't say it directly, but it's pretty obvious the protagonist is suffering from depression and much of the story is dedicated to him opening up emotionally - and the character growth.

Urasawa Naoki is amazing!! I've read hoshi no samidare before and it was good. Kasane is interesting tho the dramatization of *everything* isn't really my thing (but i bought physical copies anyway lol). I'll start reading the rest, thank you!

I actually am looking for things that don't try to mess with your head (I don't mind the genre it's just it's often overreaching and kinda... bad -ahem, detective conan and 90% of play-or-die comics)
this really reminds me of silver spoon (which is great btw) for some reason, so I'll read it as well. thanks!
