Basically I am requesting you to suggest me an good Seinen/Shounen manga which has good quality of action/supernatural elements.
Generally manga looses its plot and just become a generic battle manga with no plot/story or repeation of plot...
Many of them gets boring or are not interesting to continue...
And hence I will prefer if you can suggest me a manga which has characters to boot its story. And action is a part of the story.
To sum up I want a plot driven manga which ofcourse is interesting and not boring with action and supernatural theme and if possible romance. (I guess I asked too much.)
I generally like dark characters and stories. I am a shounen fan in general but I am looking forward for an interesting seinen read.
No Yuri/Yaoi/Josei/Shojo manga please.

What I like in Trivial Pursuit style. Pick your category:

Berserk - A lot of nudity, and gore
Shingeki No Kyojin - Like Gantz, but done properly (Gantz has gone down hill recently, still decent)
Gantz - More nudtiy and gore then Berserk
Blood Lad - Not as serious as the others, still good though

Has already been suggested, but it will never be enough, and in case you didn't gave it much importance, Shingeki no Kyojin. It totally fits your request (maybe lacks romance, but even so) and it's epic, and freaking awesome

Also tsukihime fits everything you asked, I think. Although I didn't like much the way it ended it's still a great manga.
nurarihyon no mago and fairy tail. Their plots are similar to the mainstream stuff (naruto, one piece, bleach) so if you like plots like that give them a shot.
Lastly i want to recommend Pandora Hearts. Greatest plot I have ever seen. Draws you in instantly. The action in there is a bit unusual though.
