There are shitload of 'em but listing 'em all would be a total pain in the ass so these five makes the cut(after writhing in agony for like one hour deciding which one should be in the list dead)

- Beck - Awesome, great mixed of drama, romance and slice of life.

- Claymore - It was almost impossible for me to accept a girl as a hero but this manga had me turned those impossibility to a possibility. Never b4 i thought women were cool(damn, the girls in this manga kick ass)

- Angel Densetsu - Earlier work of the mangaka that did Claymore, this one is absolutely hillarious. The coincidence in this manga are totally ridiculous that it makes a good laughing material.

- Rough - Drama at it's best, Mitsura Adachi sure knows how to spin 'em well.

- Unbalance x Unbalance - Never thought that female teachers can look so hot, it's a kinda hightension drama which makes your blood boils at times eyes

Well, there you go, there's no ranking cuz all of 'em are number one to me, and if it wasn't for my laziness of naming all my fav., the list would go on and on cool

Well this is more like anime mixed w/ mangas/manhwas/manhuas =] but from what i see ur not a shoujo person? ><"

1) Gakuen Alice <3 I'm in LUV w/ this anime/manga T-T! the manga's so much better than the anime but still! its adorably adorably adorable cutely cute adorable! xD

2) Hunter X Hunter <33 I think you'll like this one ^^ it's really interesting =3 it was drawn by the same mangaka who drew yu yu hakasho~ i can't really explain how i feel except that its almost equal to gakuen alice.. (not the adorable-ness) it's basically about gon who is out to find his father and become a hunter. it doesn't sound like much but if you don't read this.. or watch.. you'll regret it @.@ and no worries its not shoujo if you don't like shoujo xP also, i find the anime's a bit better =D

3) Ouran High School Host Club ~ The CUTEST anime/manga EVER!!!! well actually.. nvm >.> this is tied w/ gakuen lol x) its kind of unique? not by much but it still is =] the main character is very independent and doesn't lean on her rich friends for support ^^

4) Full Metal Alchemist~ omgosh this is a one of a kind! must watch~!!

5) The Bride of The Water god <3 lovely~ this is a very.. elegant? type of drawing and has a bit of korean history in it

I tend to have a very short memory - even if it was good, I'd forget everything about it.. and just remember that it was good. LOL, yes that's me. XD

- Akuma to Love Song - the female lead is f/ing awesome, no one could beat her. <3 Plot is wonderful as well. A MUST read!

- Yanki-kun to Megane-chan - HILARIOUS. Art is superb, too. 8D

- Yotsubato! - I'm sure it's been mentioned before - Yotsuba's unbeatable. ^-^

- Beast Master - sweet and short and reeally cute. The male lead reminds me of L too, an extra plus. x)

- H20 - it made me want to read on and on. And on. @_@

It's not in any particular order. ^-^
The list could change depending on how well I remember them. (ex: OMG I remember this one.. was REALLY good.)

I think I may have made a post here a while ago, but my favorites have changed. Anyway, as of this moment, my all-time favorites are:

1) Majin Tantei Nougami Neuro
2) Gintama
3) Soul Eater
4) Gakuen Alice
5) And...all the works of Suzuki Julietta. Because they're all so awesome.

1. Samurai Deeper Kyo
2. Please save my earth: It's a sad story, I cried whenever read it.
3. Whistle!: I admire the strong will of Shou to chase his dream, and also friendship of Shou and others.
4. All Natsuki Takaya works.
5. Gin no Valcurious: not many people like this manga, but to me it's like an endless dream. It's much better than Fushigi Yuugi, Anatolia Story, Kanata Kara [just my opinion though] I never want it end, but... Even now I can't read the end of it [in my country it hasn't been licensed yet]
These are my forever love. I also love many more but...

Okay, in no particular order:

1) Yokohama Kaidashi Kikou. Exception to the 'no particular order', since if you like manga and haven't read this, you fail. Ever notice how fans of YKK always make a point of telling everyone to read it? There's a reason for that. Go read the reviews of it on this site.

2) Negima. Once it ditched the harem early on, it turned excellent and kept rolling. Ken draws action scenes clearly and dynamically, and handles a large cast very well. Also Evangeline is awesome.

3) Claymore. Kinda reminds me of Berserk without the gratuitous. Whether or not you think that's a good thing is up to you. Extremely well-paced and with a very likeable main cast. The jury is still out on Raki.

4) Kodomo no Jikan. I avoided this like the plague for a long time until I was finally convinced to try it. Read it all up to date in one sitting. Seeing how rubbish the mangaka's previous work had been, this was a pleasant surprise. Given the subject matter, this could have been trash, but instead, it's an absorbing character drama that shifts effortlessly between very funny and very serious.

5) Ichigo Mashimaro. Hilarious. I get the impression that this isn't very popular, which is a shame if it is indeed the case. Forget Haruhi, Miu is God. That is all.

Honourable mention goes to Excel Saga, which fits my sense of humour exactly. Didn't get on the list due to the last couple of volumes being less funny and showing the dangerous signs of a plot, which just detracts from the well-executed comedy of watching three girls being stunningly incompetent together.

1) Tokyo Crazy Paradise. My absolute favorite manga, since it's a perfect mix of romance, comedy, action, and drama. Perfect. And Tsukasa is SOOO cool! She's my idol!!

2) Full Metal Alchemist. One hell of a great read (can't wait for the next chapters!) - got great and really original plot, and lots of morals and stuff in it too... along with comedy and a little bit of romance. Two more words: Roy Mustang!

3) Fruits Basket. I was a bit skeptical about this in the beginning (years ago, alas!), but once I finished it the first time, I read it over and over. It's got an original and interesting plot, lots of great characters, and quite a bit of drama.

4) Death Note. Wow. No manga has left me enthralled and interested and mentally captivated as this one. Two incredible minds battling each other... Amazing.

5) Hana Yori Dango. What can I say? I love girls who can stand up to guys and kick their butts!

A special mention to Yamato Nadeshiko Shichi Henge... I really loved this when it started coming out, but as the story went on, I kinda noticed the plot wasn't moving that much, and it got kinda boring. But it was great in the beginning... I hope it gets better soon! (haven't read the latest releases yet)

I've been reading more and more manga like crazy lately, so this is likely to change at any moment, but for now my top five would be:

1. Claymore - my favorite manga. I love the art, I love the story, I love the action, I love the characters. Even as I read new stuff, this remains at the top of my list.

2. Gunslinger Girl - a wonderful series. Very well balanced mix of touching (often sad) drama, gun action, intrigue, and loli-cuteness.

3. Hellsing - the plot is admittedly laughable but the series is still amazingly engaging. It succeeds due to its intense violence, well-designed characters, dark humor and sense of cool.

4. Kurohime - the manga's only fault is its gruelingly slow beginning. Once you get past that it's really pretty good. Kurohime herself has to be the sexiest manga character ever.

5. Bleach - eh, after reading a lot of manga, I can tell that it's not as good as I once thought it was. I still get excited for it like almost nothing else. There might be holes in the story, and some of it may seem monotonous, but it's still highly enjoyable for me. It has a large cast of appealing, well defined and interesting characters, better designed than any other long-running weekly shounen series I've attempted to follow.

1.Tokyo Babylon - I don't think I'll ever tire of it, it's a bit old but I can see myself reading it in 10 years and enjoying it every bit as much as I do now, or even more.

No specific order:
Neon Genesis Evangelion
Houkago Hokenshitsu
Helter Skelter
Rurouni Kenshin
Loveless

My top 5:

1) Kodomo no Omocha
2) Spiral
3) Ares
4) Kurogane
5) I's

They're also the only manga which I gave "10" to. ^^

Now is:

1) Gunslinger Girl
2) Kodomo no Omocha
3) Spiral
4) Ares
5) Kurogane

After many years Kodocha gave up the throne. And I think GG will be on top for at least a decade, 'cause it is so amazing. Spiral and Ares could change their place still, it will depend on the ending probably.
