I haven't actually read it myself yet, but the reviewer mentioned she wasn't really sure what was going on in the story, but just liked the art It looks very dark though, so it might be depressing (everything's gothic-looking), but it definitely has good art? Hahah.

"Cute" or "good art" is subjective, so let people make suggestions and let the OP decide what works for him. Just because you don't like shoujo doesn't mean the OP won't, especially for something like DNAngel, which practically doesn't look shoujo.
