Publishes yaoi manga and novels for young women, also prints doujinshi. OKS, Outo Shobo, and Oakla Shuppan were integrated together into "Oakla Shuppan Group.html.html" (オークラ出版グループ).
Publishes some bara for male readers but rarely. Had two bara magazines under Sabu and Kinniku Otoko. Kinniku Otoko had a combination of female BL authors associated with Oakla publishing's for a long time and popular geikomi authors both creating beefcake style gay comics in a blended anthology.
