Im basically looking for a good shoujo/josei. It has to be completely scanlated and romance is a must. prefer the manga from a girl point of view. I really don't like useless mc. The ending has to be a happy one. Haha sorry these r really broad description. I have read way to much manga and now im just basically looking for something bearable since i probably read most of the good ones.
Ex: Red river, ookami heika no hanayome, w juliet, prince's cactus, hapi mari (the lead of this one is somewhat useless but bearable), midnight secretary (and any other work my this mangaka), basara, glass no kamen, etc.
Currently i am not looking for any typical school life manga right now, but im open to it..
Thank you, and again sorry for the broad descriptions (basically just throw out the name of your favorite manga and if i havent read it, i'll read it)
P.S DON'T SUGGEST ANY MANGA WITH THE SAME ART STYLE AS "LOVE IN THE MASK." the style freaks me out.. n thany you again

Unfortunately, most of the recommendable josei-s are still unfinished. sad

Josei:
Gozen 3-ji no Muhouchitai - My personal favourite. :3 Struggling with life, work and love.

Shoujo:
Reimei no Arcana - Fantasy. Unwanted princess married off to enemy kingdom.
Lip Smoke High-school girl and erotic fiction novelist. It's nice to see that the girl is quite proactive and doesn't just stand around cluelessly waiting for life to happen.
Hirunaka no Ryuusei - Fluff. Heroine with sound reasoning. ^^'
Strobe Edge - People like this one, people hate this one. One thing is for sure, it'll get you the uncomfortable fluffy pinkish feeling.
Ao Haru Ride - Same author as above.

Shoujo
Kingyo Sou Girl meets deaf guy. A story of two people with different realities coming together
Otogimoyou Ayanishiki Fantasy set in old Japan about a girl with strong spiritual ability
Ten No Ryuu Chi No Sakura Girl finds out she's tied in with a fantastical world of dragons
Torikagosou no Kyou mo Nemutai Juunintachi An unusual painter ends up having the mc as a model
Oiran Girl Girl grows up endeavoring to become a great courtesan in historical, Edo-era Japan
Bijo ga Yajuu Quirky girl moves into girls dormitory after finding out her parents are going abroad (school life)

Josei
Ohime-sama no Yurikago The mc's father dies & she moves back to Japan from Vegas where she grew up
Oishii Kankei Mc needs a job for the first time and discovers a first class chef. She starts working in his kitchen.
Fukuyadou Honpo Story about the three sisters of a renowned Japanese-sweets shop and their dealings with love, family and maintaining shop.
Kimi wa Kirakira A footballer captures the attention of the mc who gets inspired to photograph him
Private Prince A prince comes to Japan where he meets the mc that is only interested in his family history (same mangaka of Hapi Mari)
Nodame Cantabile Two opposite-personality music students meet & learn from each other. Hillarious & has an anime (POV alternates between male & female mc)

I agree with KuroiMarimo, a lot of the good josei is still being scanlated, or has been dropped. Plus, I didn't realize how many joseis don't have happy endings until I was looking for them...

Also, some of these have students (college & highschool) as mcs and could therefore technically be considered 'school life'. However I didn't really consider them to be full-on school life or typical, so they're included anyway smile

Did you ever try My Girl by SAHARA Mizu? It's categorized as seinen and it's more moving than romantic, but based on mangas you mentioned I think it's worth a try.
Also, Kanata Kara is similar to Red River, but more innocent. Perhaps you would like it.

Shoujo
Beast Master One of my favorites...
Dengeki Daisy Same mangaka as above
Cat Street

Josei
Can't See Can't Hear But Love It's a webtoon...And apparently seinen, but it's good so...
And I second Gozen 3-ji no Muhouchitai, I was going to suggest it but then I noticed KuroiMarimo already did.

I'm sorry. I'm not good with summaries...

If you make your lists public we could check before we suggest. Anyway here are a few:

Josei

Ashita no Ou-sama (About theatre)
Oishii Kankei (About culinary arts)
Nineteen, Twenty-One (About cats-ish)

Shoujo

Immortal Rain (Fantasy/Sci-Fi)
Vampire Game (Fantasy)

I agree with the previous posters that said lots of good Josei are ongoing/being scanlated.
