I´m looking for mangas where the MC is really powerfull from the start, just like Mahouka Koukou no Rettousei, Id and Übel Blatt.
No stupid leveling up, right to the Action
A Huge plus would be if it plays in an alternate Universe like Übel Blatt, and ID.
No shoujo and yaoi please.

I think you'd enjoy Noblesse. The main character is incredibly powerful from the beginning. It may look like a shoujo because of the excessive amount of bishies, but it's a shounen.

Vampire Juujikai
Maoyuu Maou Yuusha (All the Versions) though its more focused on politics.
One Outs (Sports) Not fighting, but the MC never (doesn't need to) learn anything.
Jin (doctor) He doesn't learn anything either.
Demon King he's practically one you could call "Strongest"

I really enjoyed Superior / Superior † - despite the ending.
There's a pretty powerful demon lord in Shina Dark too, even though he doesn't fight that much.
Madan no Ou to Vanadis would go to the same cathegory as MaoYuu and Shiina Dark I guess.
Edermask from Magician (KIM Sarae) is pretty powerful too.
So is Felicia from The Legend of Maian but I guess she's not really the MC.
That's all I can think of at the moment, I hope there are more. I'm always looking for stories with overpowered protagonists.

Well, I'm surprised no one mentioned Onepunch-Man since the whole story is about a guy that finishes all his opponents with only one punch.. lol

Shaman King Flowers and Beelzebub.
EDIT: Having read One-Punch Man after reading this thread, I strongly advise that you read it.

Aren't Hokuto no Ken and Souten no Ken the canonical answers to this question? I'm shocked no one's mentioned those, Hokuto especially is a classic.
Also, I second Onepunch-man, it's exactly what you want.
