I really like manga where the two leads are both beautiful, as you do! I think in most shoujo manga, the guy's USUALLY pretty darn hot, but the girl is usually plain (not ugly, just not beautiful).

Here are some of my favorites that I don't think have been mentioned yet:

Paradise Kiss
Mars It's noted several times in the first book that Kira's very pretty
Hanasakeru Seishounen Same as above...Several references to the attractiveness of the mains
Ao no Fuuin This is fantasy/shoujo/romance/horror
Kyou, Koi wo Hajimemasu OK, I personally love the way Tsubaki looks and after her "upgrade," several comments were made on how pretty she is, I agree!

Tenshi nanka ja nai Not the main couple but the "main second" couple is beautiful
Oboreru Knife

Hadashi de Bara wo Fume
Bitou Lollipop
Love So Life The main girls not "beautiful," but she's very cute and it's referenced in the manga
Suki desu Suzuki-kun!! The secondary couple is considered very good looking

Eden no Hana Sadly never will be finished due to author's plagiarizing incident, but her legacy lives on through Chihayafuru!
Kare First Love Ugly girl turns beautiful and gets with hot guy...
Mishounen Produce Ugly girl is actually very beautiful...

Gakuen Ouji Again, ugly girl is actually very beautiful...
Boyfriend This is an oldie but goodie...Both characters are said to be very attractive

Papillon - Hana to Chou Ugly twin gets makeover and becomes beauitful and gets with hot school guidance counselor (LOL).

I'm sure that I'm forgetting a bunch but these are the ones that I've been able to list pretty much off the top of my head...Hopefully you haven't read all these yet. Also keep in mind that the art styles vary GREATLY, but check them out, I like (some love) all of them!
