Romance is my favorite genre and so I am hoping to find new suggestions. I have a a few guidelines in regards to this matter.
Seinen/shounen romance is my prefered choice. I try to avoid shoujo since I don't particularly appreciate the art style but if you think you've got a pretty good shoujo manga then I am open to suggestions.
Some of the examples I can give to demonstrate what I like: Ichigo 100%, truly one of my favorite mangas. Amount of drama was just right and ending that I can appreciate. Also enjoyed Suzuka alot. Dash was ok in my book but I found that the romance didn't really kick in until the second half of the manga and even then the relationship aspect of it was only a couple of chapters at best.I also liked the first story in Gacha Gacha. I guess what I am trying to say is I want to see the romantic development and progress in the relationship between the two leads. Also, I am willing to read shonen that have slight romance as long as the romance is not forgotten. Some examples that I appreciate are Ga-rei and flame of Recca. I am dissapointed with Mx0 since the romance aspect was completely fogotten, even though the whole reason the protagonist is in that school is out of love.

My order of preference would be: completed raws with completed scanlations, followed by completed raws but non completed scanlations, followed by non completed raws with pretty close scanlations (at best a volume away not a series that has 10 volumes ongoing and the scanlation is just starting.)

Mahoraba is a romantic comedy which has 12 volumes and is almost completely scanlated so you might want to take a look at it.

mmm... i would suggest you to take a look at Ai Ren and Kirara. They're both completely scanlated. Ah! And Full Metal Panic !!! Hope you like these series**

thanks for the quick reply, I am actually keeping a close eye on the release of the fnal two chapters. Once they are out I am gonna read the whole series in one go.

WOW is all I can say thanks for this list however I am following most of the ongoing and read a couple of the completed. thanks for all the trouble though. Oh wanted to ask do you know where I can read Haru yo koi, I've looked everywhere..

It's against the MU rules to ask where to read/dl manga.

Start a thread in the Suggestions and Bugs Forum suggesting it.

Also I suggest Love Roma and Living Game, both are completely scanlated.

Already read Love Roma, great story, kept me smilling throughout the whole 5 volumes but the art really takes some getting used to.
