Post all the good fighting manga that you know 8D anything that involves the main protagonist fighting a bunch of enemies and getting new abilities/powers as be becomes more powerful. However, the requirement must be he is already special before he got really powerful, or he posses a really rare power that makes him special examples would be:

Aphorism - He has this mysterious and powerful other self that makes him very powerful
Kandachime - The sword he has is the most powerful..
Medaka Box - Her power is the most powerful...
Naruto - Yep
Psycho Busters - Again, most special power that can change time
Psyren - Power of Void, most powerful.
Reborn! - This is one example of the main protagonist being special even before his power was fully awake, he had the special bloodline and even afterward he was really powerful.
Taboo-Tattoo - Even though people say "Void" is overused I don't really care because it is a special, powerful, and unique power.

Mangas that don't fit
History's Strongest Disciple Kenichi - Even though this is a popular manga, there is nothing special about Kenichi. He wasn't special before, and even afterwards he didn't get a power that was really unique or anthing plus he ALWAYS loses and then cry back to his masters to make him stronger, and THEN come back to defeat his opponents.

Rurouni Kenshin He's a fighting legend.

Hunter x Hunter - An epic shounen series revolving around four young people fighting to get licensed as hunters. Very suspenseful with well paced fight scenes. Gon - Animal-like senses + very fast and strong, able to predict weather & understand animals. Kurapica - becomes powerful when eyes turn red. Killua - Can disappear into shadows, . Leorio - Nothing special (lol). Classic and highly recommended.

Ao no Futsumashi - Main character is related to satan. Similar to naruto, but different setting. Excellent story and exciting fight scenes. Highly recommended.

Dragon Eye - Main character possesses incredible power (has to be sealed all the time).

Maybe what you're looking for:
Dangu - Girl is one of last surviving people from a shaman bloodline. her powers have not awakened yet, but when they do, it'll be epic. It is a seinen, so it is a little mature and does not do the powering up thing in a lot of shounen series.
