I need a heart-warming manga. Examples of what I'm looking for would be Yotsuba! and Barakamon.
Preferences:
Comedy is a must. I'd like it if there's a little or no romance at all; or probably a very subtle romance, like Love so Life type. It will be better if the art is okay looking. No Manhwas please? Every genre is fine.

Oooh... I second a lot of these recommendations like Usagi Drop (at least the first 4 volumes), Gakuen Babysitters and Flat if you have a thing for children. Hanamaru Kindergarten - I'm trying to remember if it's super heart-warming, but it sure is funny (and not loli). Honey and Clover is lovely (try the anime) - it's a bit slow in the beginning (I admit that I had a hard time getting into it), but around episode 6, it's oh sooooooooooo gooooooooooooood!
I'll add Natsume Yuujinchou -- granted, I've only seen the anime, but it's sooooooooooooo awesome!!

The first one coming to my mind is Hanamaru Kindergarten. It's so lovely!! 
I absolutely love it and the characters are so cute and funny ^^ But it's not completed though
