What are some of the manga that you have read which you can't forget and stop to think about now and then, or ever re-read, manga that has really stayed with you

mine are:
Threads of Time

Yotsubato! (You can just die when you're reading this because it is so cute)
Pet Shop of Horrors (Gives out very perceptive messages on human nature)

So far only one person has mentioned Berserk, what is up with that?

Vagabond (not finished though) and Eyeshield 21 is also two very memorable manga

can't think of any more mindblowing series right now but I'll come back.

Vinland Saga

Fullmetal Alchemist
Beck
Hikaru no Go

Although I like reading shoujo manga, the ones I can't forget are mostly shounen or seinen.

I'd say:

Liar Game (ongoing)
Gantz (ongoing)
Majin Tantei Nougami Neuro
Death Note
REAL (ongoing)

I can't help it and re-read some chapters sometimes because I like them too much. Especially Gantz, Liar Game & MTNN.

well i have too many too name so i'll name the ones i liked most:

Tokyo crazy paradise
flame of recca
ranma 1/2
devil devil
angel sanctuary
land of the blindfolded
bio-meat nectare
black cat
mai-hime
666satan
Hao airen biggrin

those were a few but most of the manga that get my attention are good enough that i normally reread them at least once so it's easier to say most of my complete list
