There is no magazine as “Hakusensha Original x Line Manga”. It’s a label/imprint for Hakusensha-Line collaboration series. Generally the series serializating in Line Manga, compiled volumes (tankoubons) come out from Hakusensha. Please do not add it as magazine.

And there is no magazine like “Hana to Yume Special” either. It’s an imprint too (HC Special). (If it's zoukan, please write "zoukan"; HtY Zoukan is named as The Hana to Yume later.)
